I have noticed recently that there are not too many celebs out there wearing glasses anymore. I mean it used to be a very common thing but lately, not so much. I am wondering if every celebrity out there decided to go out and get Lasik at once. It seems that the only people wearing glasses anymore are the sunglasses as they walk down the red carpets.

Whatever happened to Michael Vick? First I heard he was in jail, then I heard he was out, then he was working a deal or something. I don’t even know anymore. I am guessing that he is not playing for the Atlanta Falcons anymore though. I mean I am pretty sure that he is at the very least out of a job for now. He is going to have start searching the Atlanta jobs market to see if he can find a place to work. Better stay away from the pet hospitals and kennels though.

As I talked about in my last post one of the spice girls, Melanie Chisholm is pregnant. Wow that is some big news, I know. Especially with the spice girls recently making a real come back with their new tour that have going on. I am not sure what her exact plans are yet but I am sure that she will need some time off to get h=life in order. The thing is that I was just thinking what on earth is this girl going to be wearing over the next few months. You see in the average pregnancy we are all forced to cover ourselves with our man’s sweats, our old christmas sweaters or any potato sack looking piece of material we can find. But a celebrity pregnancy is something completely different. Celebrities have to keep up on style and trends no matter if they are pregnant or not. So I can’t wait until the next awards show to see exactly what she goes walking down the red carpet in. I am imagining that it will be something like this picture below. I mean after all maternity clothes can be fun too if you can find the right style to match your personality.

I was talking to someone earlier today and they were telling me about some actor they liked named Amos Tamam. Now I am typically pretty up to date on the latest and greatest actors but I have never heard of this guy. Is it me, I mean am I the only one. Does anyone out there know who he is or what he has played in?

I knew 50 has some money but this is ridiculous. There is a big deal right now about who makes more between JayZ and 50 Cent. Well this year Jay-Z released a platinum album and signed a $150 million deal with concert promoter Live Nation for a 10 year contract. Yeah that sounds like alot but check this out. After taxes, 50 Cent took in over $100 million when his investment in VitaminWater was bought by Coca-Cola.That means that he made over $150 million in just 12 months. That’s almost double what Jay-Z made last year. That is insane if you ask me. Not to mention all his other investments.

Yep, Clay Aikan is a daddy!! Little Parker Foster Aiken was born at 8:08 a.m. Friday morning in North Carolina. The baby weiged 6lbs 2oz and was 19 inches long.

The mom is good friend, Jaymes Foster.

Comedian Bernie Mac age 50 passed away today!

This is such sad news guys, I thought he was a very funny man. I loved his movie with Ashton Kutcher Guess Who?? I didn’t watch his t.v. show very often but thought he was good in that. But my favorite movie was him playing in Oceans 11 and its series.

Bernie Mac passed away from complicaitons of pneumonia. He died in a Chicago area hospital. I wrote a few weeks ago about him being sick and that at the time he was responding well to the medications given to him. I didn’t know this but he suffered from sarcoidosis. What is it? Its an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body’s organs. He had been in remission since 2005. His publicists said re guarding his case of pneumonia, “was not related with the disease. 

I do wish his family well and we will miss him dearly.

One of my favorite’s from the t.v. show “The Golden Girls” Estelle Getty passed away this morning at 5:35 a.m.

Her family was with her at her passing, where she died in her Hollywood Hills home in California. She was 84.

Estelle Getty died of natural causes although for many years, she had what is called Lewy’s Body Dementia. I guess its a type of Alzheimer’s disease.

She will be missed!!
