I made some really bad decisions. Well, okay so that is not that big of a deal as we all make really bad decisions at least once in our life. Course for me it is more like once in a week it seems. The thing is that when we sold our last house I was the dummy who was in an immediate rush to run out and buy another one as soon as possible. I had made a killing on our last house. I bought when the market was just starting to boom and then sold when it was at its peak. Of course at the time I thought the market was only going to get better so I went out and reinvested that money back into more real estate. The market dropped and here I am sitting on a bunch of land that is not worth half of what I paid for it. Now I am in need of some serious Debt consolidation to try and get things back to the way they were. I have looked into Debt relief and Debt help from several different places and have found some things that I think can get me through.

The whole thing though makes me think what about the people with the real money. I mean the celebrities out there who have bought 20 million dollar homes, where are they sitting right now. Where I may have been a hundred thousand or so buried how many millions have they lost in this whole market drop. Guess we all lose when the economy goes down, even the rich and famous.

Has anyone out there actually seen some of these celebrity homes. I mean I am really into celebrity homes. I guess it is because I love expensive things. Call me crazy but the fact of the matter is that these people have some of the nicest homes that I have ever seen. I saw one of those celebrity house tours the other day and this place was magnificent, it was so beautiful I didn’t even pay attention who the house belonged to. It had everything from the marble columns to the heart pine wood floors and granite everywhere. Absolutely amazing what can be built with a whole lot of money.

I have seen more and more celebs lately really out and about working out and showing off some sports interests. I have seen everything from bicycling to basketball to skating. Personally I love skating so now I feel like I have something in common for a change. I mean I just bought a nice new pair of K2 inline skates and I love them. I think that everyone should get out there and skate away, it is great exercise and great fun.

I mean I know that celebrities have all the money and all but sometimes it just sucks when you work your butt off to barely be able to afford anything beyond rent and the celebrities are out there flaunting the best toys. Sometimes I think some toys are made just for them. I mean lets be honest not many people can actually afford the kind of stuff that they buy. That is why I like the celebs that keep it real. People like the flying tomato who go out and there and compete in the Olympics using a nice but not too expensive set of Burton snowboards. That is too cool if you ask me, showing not only can you afford my gear but you can learn to be just like me someday.

There are celeb babies popping up left and right. I mean every where I look someone else is having a baby. If they are not actually having a baby, they are going to other countries and adopting babies. Now if you are having a baby then you probably want to try and keep up on the baby trends and fashions and what better place to do that than on a celebrity fashion and trends blog like this one. I was just thinking the other day about the light recession that the economy is in and it made me think. What do the celebrities do with all of their money? I mean do you think they actually have like 40 million in a checking or savings account? If it were me I don’t think that I would trust all that money in the bank. It makes me really wonder if some of them don’t have some sort of big safe at their house full of silver and gold bars. I am sure they have some monies in stocks and bonds and all that crap but to think about truckloads of gold in a celebrity home is a pretty cool thought. Bet you won’t see that part of the house on Cribs.

Okay so Father’s day is just a couple of weeks away and I have been thinking about what the best Father’s Day gift could be. Well after a lot of thought and I came to one easy decision. Okay, so I was recently asked by a friend who has not been on vacation is quite some time what my suggestions where for some really cool family vacation ideas. Well this was more than easy for me as I am a Florida resident and this is one of the biggest vacation capitals of the world. We have more vacation cities than any other state could dream about having. SO I started by telling her that she should bring the family and come and visit me, here in St Augustine. It is the oldest city in the United States and there are just tons of things to do in St Augustine. Founded by Ponce De Leon this city is just jam packed with history and some amazing sites. There is even the ruins of one of the original castles built on the beach of old St Augustine to defend the coast from back in the day.

On top of that we have Orlando home of 52 theme parks, Miami where bathing suits are optional and don’t forget Key West. One of the most amazing places in Florida. I have got to say that I have been a lot of place but there is nothing I enjoy more than Key West Snorkeling. The underwater life there is insane. For those who don’t know, which is probably most people as I just found this out myself is that James Gandolfini and his girlfriend, Deborah Lin, are engaged. Okay so some of you still might be asking, “who again is James Gandolfini?” No, he is not the guy from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. James Gandolfini has been in a few different things but is most commonly known for his role in the Sopranos. A statement from HBO announced “Reps are happy to announce that he and his girlfriend Deborah Lin recently got engaged during the holidays.”

According to a source on perezhilton.com – where the news was first announced – the Sopranos star “popped the question while in the Bahamas … They’re thrilled.” The Sopranos star who is now 46, divorced his last wife Marcella back in 2002 after nearly four years of marriage. He was then briefly engaged to Lora Somoza in 2004 but didn’t last past 2005. Now here he is engaged again. This is a guy who just absolutely does not want to be alone. I hope this is the right one for him so he stops looking.

On a side note I can’t wait to see what the wedding is going to be like. Being a celebrity wedding and all I expect nothing but the best of everything. From a multi tier extravagant cake to unique wedding invitations it should be an extravaganza to talk about. Celebrities always have the coolest invitations don’t they? I think theirs will look something like this. I wish I could find a way to get my hands on celebrity wedding invitations. Now that would make a cool scrapbook.
