Jennifer Hudson is now engaged!!!

I bet she couldn’t be any happier right now, don’t you think? I mean to come from a American Idol contestant to a Oscar/Golden Globe winner to now being engaged. Thats just great news to hear.

Her boyfriend, David Otunga, proposed Friday night with a Neil Lane diamond. How sweet is that? Oh by the way it was also her birthday. Yep, he proposed on her 27th birthday. That’s a really cool birthday gift, a Neil Diamond ring!!!

I just saw the release of this new product antipoleez and am more than a bit concerned. There has been a lot of cases of celebrities drinking and driving over the last few years. Well this new product is supposed to be guaranteed to help people beat a breathalyzer test. That concerns me big time. Is this what we really want more drunk drivers on the road. Won’t this sudden influx of drunks just put all of our lives in more risk. Like we don’t already have enough to worry about.

Lance Armstrong did in fact confirm on his website that he will be returning to pro cycling!!!

He is quoted as saying, “After long talks with my kids, the rest of my family and a close group of friends, I have decide to return to professional cycling in 2009.”

This time though he will be doing it for another reason. That reason is to raise awareness for “global cancer burden”.

I think that is exciting news. I thought he was great and I don’t know why he even stopped in the first place. I wish him the best!!!

Hey, do you guys remember who Channing Tatum is??? Or do you remember seeing his movie Step Up?? First of all, I remember both. Second he just proposed to his girlfriend and costar Jenna Dewan.

Yes the two who have been dating are now engaged. How exciting. He asked her to marry him in Maui in front of all their close friends. He gave her a Neil Lane ring. I dont know what kind but its by Neil Lane.

It looks like SHE”S BACK!!!

Britney Spears opened this years MTV’s Video Music Awards and guess what???? She also won. She took time out to thank God for blessing her and her two sons, and dedicated her win to her fans.

That’s good news for Britney Spears and I”m happy for her. I wish her a great year adn hope to get a chance to see her perform again. She looks great by the way. For those of us who didn’t think she would make it, boy did she prove us wrong!!!

I honestly don’t care either way, I just wanna see the talent.

I wonder if its their way of hinting to us and to Paula Abdoul, that Kara DioGuardi is gonna be taking Paula Abdoul’s place next season. I know that the producers had mentioned they were adding her to bring in more “girl power” for Paula, and that they have tried it in other countries and its been a success, but don’t be surprised if Paula quits or gets “axed” soon after Kara starts.

The shows will begin in January so get ready, cause this will be interesting! Will Paula be jealous?? Will there be any cat fights??? I can’t wait to find out

I guess Donald Trump didn’t buy Ed McMahons house after all.

News broke out a couple weeks ago or so, I have no clue when, that Donald Trump was gonna buy Ed McMahons house and then lease it back to him. Well, according to his rep, he did in deed sale his house but not to “The Donald”.

So, whoever bought it must be really happy, and Ed McMahon must be even more happy that he had sold it as well. I’m sure not too happy cause of his circumstances, but you know what I mean.

What in the world could make newlyweds split after just 8 weeks being married?

Ask Chris Kattan and his new bride, Sunshine Tutt. They split, but they have no plans to divorce right now. I read this and thought, what the heck?????

It just seems weird don’t you think? I do wish them the best and hope that hey can work it out.

Such sad news this weekend. 

Again another legend has passed away. This time it was singer and songwriter Isaac Hayes. He died in Memphis Tennessee on Sunday. He was 65 years old.

A family member had found him near a treadmill at home unresponsive. He was taken to the hospital where and hour later he was pronounced dead. His cause of death is unknown, but when it is released I will let you all know. 

The sad thing, his birthday was around the corner too, August 20th. He will be missed. 

He is survived by his 12 children, and 14 grandchildren. He had four wives, dang!!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family!

Dang! Talk about bad luck lately with all of the Batman stars, first of all Morgan Freeman is doing well after his car accident from a few days ago, they had to reconnect nerves and repaired damage to his left arm and hand. But now, news just broke that after 24 years of marriage Morgan Freeman and his wife Myrna Colley-Lee have called it quits.That is just a sad thing to hear. I mean after 24 years and then baam its over. I wonder why? Its non of my business anyways, but still I would like to know what causes you to wake up one day after being married so long and say its over.The couple have been split since December 2007. I wish them the best as they go on their own separate lives.
