The economy sucks and we all need to try and save some money when we can. Hell even some of the celebs out there are trying to cut back on their $2500 bottles of champagne, lol. Anyway, I am finding all sorts of sites out there that have some great coupons on things we all buy all the time. If you are going to buy it anyway why not save some money in the process!

I have always had really big expensive tv’s. Well a couple years ago Dell brought out it’s big 50″ beautiful plasma screen and I had to have it. I paid about $4200 for it and it was beautiful. It lasted until it was one month out of warranty and the power supply just went out completely. I called to have them fix it and of course there is no one that will even attempt to fix a Dell. But I could always buy a refurb from them for almost $2k. Screw that, I think I will look into the new Samsung.

I have spent so much time in sunny Florida the last few years that I am desperately missing the mountains and snow. Move to Florida where it’s nice and warm all year long, yeah that’s great but I want some freaking cold. I want to see snow at Christmas and put on snow boots and walk outside and make a snow ball. The sun is getting very old very fast.

I have been watching this new series that just came out on Showtime called the Big C. If you haven’t seen it yet I definitely recommend it. It’s a great fun loving show that actually deals with a really dark reality. People don’t actually realize just how many people out there are effected from cancers all of types. From skin cancer to Mesothelioma cancer it is only getting worse. This is one thing that I hope they find a cure for as quickly as possible.

I just watched that Robin Williams movie, RV. That is one funny movie. It actually made me want to go out and take my whole family on a cross country RV trip. Even though only bad stuff happened to him and his family I think it would be a blast. Not sure if I can actually afford one of those big things or not though. Guess I will have to check on some rv financing to see how doable it actually is.

I have been having the hardest time sleeping lately. I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is either. I have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work. I don’t know if I need to buy mattress that works better for my back or if I just need to invest in some serious sleeping pills. Either way I have got to get some rest.

I love the way that technology is progressing along. To think that only ten years ago the internet was barely anything to talk about and now in today’s world I don’t know a single person without it. That you can log on to your computer from your living room in your underwear and a tshirt and buy term life insurance online while eating Doritos and drinking a Coke. What a great world we live in.
