I am absolutely amazed at how I am looking and feeling right now. I have talked about working out for years and years. The problem is that I never truly had the motivation or discipline to do it. Well, the motivation started to come when I could no longer fit into my favorite pair of jeans. The discipline however could only come with the right motivation. I am not one of those people that is happy with being out of shape. I love to be in shape, love to be fit, love to look good. The problem was that my lifestyle completely contradicted the requirements for maintaining a proper eating schedule and workout routine.

Well, a couple weeks ago I decided that talk is cheap and it was time to do something about it. I turned on the tv and found some workout program going on, almost like a sign from above. There was a program on called Insane Sexy Bodies and it made me think, hell, I want an insane sexy body. It advertised – – INSANITY – A 60 DAY TOTAL-BODY CONDITIONING PROGRAM put on DVD After watching these people workout for ten minutes I knew that I just had to do it. Notice I said “do it” and not give it a try. This workout routine is not easy, it’s being called the hardest workout ever put on dvd. But it is for that reason that I decided to do it.

I don’t want to workout everyday for two hours a day and maybe see results in six months. I wanted to see results now and if I could find a program that could do that for me than I could push myself to do it. This is a 60 day workout, 30-60 minutes per day. The routines change up to keep your body guessing and they get harder and harder in technique. But your body begins to adapt and after the first week not only do I know I can do this routine, I look forward to it every day.
