I am absolutely amazed at how I am looking and feeling right now. I have talked about working out for years and years. The problem is that I never truly had the motivation or discipline to do it. Well, the motivation started to come when I could no longer fit into my favorite pair of jeans. The discipline however could only come with the right motivation. I am not one of those people that is happy with being out of shape. I love to be in shape, love to be fit, love to look good. The problem was that my lifestyle completely contradicted the requirements for maintaining a proper eating schedule and workout routine.

Well, a couple weeks ago I decided that talk is cheap and it was time to do something about it. I turned on the tv and found some workout program going on, almost like a sign from above. There was a program on called Insane Sexy Bodies and it made me think, hell, I want an insane sexy body. It advertised – – INSANITY – A 60 DAY TOTAL-BODY CONDITIONING PROGRAM put on DVD After watching these people workout for ten minutes I knew that I just had to do it. Notice I said “do it” and not give it a try. This workout routine is not easy, it’s being called the hardest workout ever put on dvd. But it is for that reason that I decided to do it.

I don’t want to workout everyday for two hours a day and maybe see results in six months. I wanted to see results now and if I could find a program that could do that for me than I could push myself to do it. This is a 60 day workout, 30-60 minutes per day. The routines change up to keep your body guessing and they get harder and harder in technique. But your body begins to adapt and after the first week not only do I know I can do this routine, I look forward to it every day.

After my last post I decided to do a search for prenatal vitamins and see what I could find. Whether celebrities had access to better stuff than the average person. What I found is that there is not something specifically out there for celebs that we can’t buy however there is stuff out there that we as normal income earning people can’t afford. Guess our babies can only be as healthy as we can afford them to be?

When celebrities get pregnant do you think that they go through all of the same stuff that we do? Do they have the same appointments, the same odd schedules, the same of everything? Or do you think that they have the best nurses, the shortest wait times and the best prenatal vitamins on the market? I am really leaning towards the latter.

I have got to find some sort of cheaper insurance. When I started asking around to what my friends and family were paying compared to mine I found that I am paying way too much. I am going to be pulling up insurance quotes from every company that they recommended and go from there. Times are tough why pay more than you have to?

New poll – Are Bald Guys Sexy? That is a question that I find very hard to answer. The reasoning of course because it is just too broad a question. Bald guys in general probably not but some guys look really good bald, better than they do with hair even. Let’s face it, hair loss for men is a serious topic, but I really think that some guys have the look to pull it off.

I have been on this real kick to get fit fast lately. I have tried in the past and never really succeeded but this time is different. I am really doing. I am one week into a 8 week workout and have been taking weight loss pills in the process and am seeing some real results. By the way, anyone know where I can find some cheap adipex pills. I heard they work and might give them a shot.

When it comes to computers I typically know my way around just enough to cause some trouble. I can get in, get things done and get out without any issues but if a problem arises I am not exactly the person to fix it. I was recently given some new scanning software to install for a scanner we bought and found that even that kind of easy installation was just not my thing.

Is it just me or is everyone raising their prices. It seems that I am paying more this year for the same stuff that I got last year for much less money. I’m not sure why everyone thinks that now is the time to raise the rates but I am going to be looking for a new auto insurance quote right away. They aren’t going to make me pay more for the same old stuff.
