The documents of the will was released recently that states that Heath Ledger left everything to his parents and his sister. Which means that he didn’t renew or update his will. It also means that his little girl Matilda nor Michelle Williams was left anything.

Heath Ledgers father did say “Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family. They will be taken care of and that’s how Heath would want it to be.”

I honestly don’t think Heath Ledger would have ever wanted his daughter to not have anything, but I do wonder why he never updated his will. I know we never know when our time is up but it is better to be prepared.
