Last year R & B Singer Brandy was involved in a car accident that ended with a fatality. Brandy was driving on a freeway in L.A. when she crashed. That crashed led too two other cars crashing. One of the drivers who was driving a Toyota, was a 38 mother of two died the next day from injuries.Well, we all know the story from there, files of vehicular manslaughter were charged against her, and there wasn’t even enough evidence at the time of any wrongdoing.

Today the City Attorneys office said that they will not file misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges against her due to insufficient evidence from which a jury could find her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The case had been under review by prosecutors for nearly a year.

However, there still is a civil trial date that will take place Jan. 28th. She is facing 4 wrongful death lawsuits by the womans parents, widow and children. Oh yeah and by another person involved in the crash.

I hope that all works out well for Brandy, what a hard time they all must be going thru right now.

Well, people it looks like it is.  ETonline posted a story saying the sources are confirming they are gonna wed this weekend in the South Pacific. That location could be Tahiti, yes Tahiti! Guests of the couple and the wedding party are already on their way.

As some of you may have heard by now, Grandpa Barron Hilton has announced yesterday that he will be giving 97% repeat 97% of  his 2.3 billion dollars to charity. That charity is the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. That money will go to different areas around the world by finding safer water helping the homeless with housing and other good causes around the world.

Can you imagine Paris Hilton’s thoughts right now? She went from supposedly getting $100 million to now about $5 million. She’s gotta be mad at grandpa right now, but at the same time maybe grandpa got upset and embarrased of her and what she has done to the Hilton name and did it on purpose, huh? We will never know, there are gonna be soooo many assumptions about this.

She is now gonna have to really earn her money now. But at the same time she gets paid to show up to parties. Do you think that people will start to cancel her though knowing that she isn’t as rich as we all thought she would be? You know they will. Its Paris Hilton people.

The two have three children and have been married since 1998. Its said that “they continue to maintain a close and caring friendship.”

I hope that the two can work out their differences for the sake of the children and their marriage.

First reported by Hollyscoop.com, this morning around 2:45 AM Mischa Barton, or as we have all known her for her role in O.C. was pulled over. Guess what for? Yep you named it, driving while under the influence of alcohol!!! Yeah, thats now all. The girl already has a suspended drivers license.

How she got caught you ask? She failed to signal when making a turn. Of all things, straddling two lanes of traffic and not signaling. CRAZY!!!!

Oh wait people, there’s more. Her car has been impounded and not only is she suspected of a DUI but also possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license.

Mommy &  Daddy picked her up from jail, boy does she have hell to pay doesn’t she? Do you think she is gonna go to jail and if so how long??? We should do a poll, how long will this celeb stay in jail? 5 hours 7 minutes would be my guess

When it comes to looking good celebrities have got it going on but that is not to say that some of us can not look just as good as they do. A few years ago, 6 to be exact. Toby Keith’s father H.K. Covel was driving in Oklahoma on I-35 when his truck was bumped by another car. That bump caused H.K. Covel to cross the center median and hit a charter bus that had 21 people on board.

Toby Keith and his family filed a wrongful death suit to clear their fathers name. The jury awarded Toby Keith and his family $2.8 million in damages. I hear it was unanimously against the owners of the bus, which was called Rodriguez Trasportes and Republic Western Insurance Co. of Arizona. WOW, they even got the insurance company!!! The bus that he hit apparently was told and found by evidence that it was in “urgent need” of brake repairs. I don’t know about you but if I’m told that my vehicle was in urgent need of brakes I’m gonna do it so I don’t cause any accidents or deaths, you know what I mean?

I’m glad for their sake that all is taken care of and that the jury did its part!!!!

Congrats to Katherine Heigl and her new husband Josh Kelly!!!

The two were married in Park City, Utah. How sweet and romantic isn’t it? Not only that there was actually a little bit of snow fall. Now thats awesome. She chose a perfect time to get married.

No details on who her gown was by other than, her bridesmaids wore red and it was held in a tent at the Stein Eriksen Lodge that had white flowers and white candles all over the place including white candles that led from the tent to the reception area illuminating the snow. Her husband wrote a song that was played by a cello and guitar players as she was walking down the aisle. How romantic is that ladies??? Now that is a fairy tale wedding I think. When your new husband writes a song for your wedding candles everywhere and the best SNOW!!!
