I love country music and in saying this I was actually really pleased with the winners. I did hope that Keith Urban had won, but he didn’t. He is still good looking though and I’m gonna see him in concert here in the next month! That will be exciting.

Carrie Underwood won two awards. One for Single of the year for Before He Cheats and Female Vocalist of the year. She is a really good singer and I wish her the best. It doesn’t help that she is cute too. Kenny Chesney won Entertainer of the Year which is the top honor at the CMA’s, while cutie Brad Paisley finally won Male Vocalist of the year. He was crying, well let’s say in tears as he accepted the award and thanked his dad, who he says “carried amplifiers and ran sound, even though he didn’t know what he was doing.” Brad Paisley also won a second award for Music Video of the year. Congrats Brad!!

Taylor Swift the 17 year old cutie accepted the Horizon Award.

Sugarland – Vocal Duo of the year

Jessica Simpson was there but she didn’t perform nor hand out any awards. Its ok maybe she is just checking out her new competition and making sure Country is what she really wants to do. LOL

I was doing a little bit of online shopping and came across this website that is packed full of money saving coupons. Now normally these type of websites only give you coupons to technology and computer type stores but this one actually had some coupons for stores that I would use so I thought I would share. They had a coupon for 10% off and free shipping at ebags.com where you can buy some nice celebrity style purses and they had a 33% off coupon at Nordstrom’s on their so i am pretty excited about getting to use these to buy my favorite celebrity styles.

So everybody knows that the Writers are all on strike right now, which means BUMMER for all of us Grey’s Anatomy, Heros, Late Night Show viewers. I really do hope that they do come up with an agreement that will make everybody happy. I mean I love the actors and all but without the writers there is really no show.

I am happy to see the actors out there in support, but you really do have to wonder. Are they doing it because they really feel the writers deserve better or are they all out there cause if they don’t get back to writing the actors don’t get a paycheck or better yet, don’t get to act???? I wonder.

Tell me what all of your opinions are right now on this strike issue. I think they deserve what is rightfully theirs!!

Everywhere I look more and more celebrities are getting pregnant. For a long time I didn’t see any pregnant celebrities and then the next thing you know they are every where that you look. So I am now under the assumption that parenting is the next big celebrity trend. So and so adopted a baby and now we have to have one. It is almost more of a competition for the most headlines more so than it is actually being a parent. I am not saying that all of them are that way but I do believe there are a few with the wrong motives.
