There are tons of methods out there to lose weight but the truth is that most of them involve working your butt off or cutting back on all the things you really like to eat. Some of these diets actually suggest you stop eating some of your favorite food entirely, how dare they. Now we all know that most celebrities are capable of losing large amounts of weight in a short amount of time but you could probably do that too if you had a personal trainer and personal chef to make sure you stuck to the plan. Most of us do not have that luxury. Personally I am thinking that if I get too much overweight I will probably just have some sort of weight loss surgery and continue to eat what I want, when I want.
