YEP the girl did her time a whole 82 minutes. You all heard me correctly 82 mins. She went in today at 3:15 p.m. and released at 4:37 p.m. I am just in a state of who cares anymore. If you are a celebrity you can break the law and not get punished for it anymore. She went in with her boyfriend and lawyer. All is well now for miss Richie, honestly I think she really has changed, but thats my opinion.

They say Lindsay Lohan didn’t get any special treatment that she got the same kind of treatment any person who has had a second DUI conviction, but I say wrong answer!! She got lucky, all she has to do is serve one day in jail 10 days of community service 36 months of probation and must complete an 18-month alcohol education program. What is up with these people, just cause she is a celebrity doesn’t mean she should get off. I know she also made a statement that she released after her sentencing to TMZ.com and later it was on People.com so here it is, you all tell me if she has learned her lesson or is it just another game she is playing with all of us Anyways, “It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. “Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have. “I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.”

I recently came across an article talking about the purchase and storage of gold bullion, and how this something that several celebrities have been doing for years. I guess with the way the US dollar has been dropping in value more and more people are feeling safer about buying gold bullion and storing it up so inflation doesn’t really effect them too much. So you know how society works, if the celebrities are doing it everyone is going to want to. I guess we will just have to see if this new trend catches on. Personally I wouldn’t mind having a little gold laying around. Maybe I can store it up and put it in a treasure chest at the bottom of my pool, argh!
